Many of breaking news all around the world said that Al Qaida Mastermind Osama bin Laden Dead. Osama bin Laden, the glowering mastermind behind the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks that killed thousands of Americans, was slain in a firefight Sunday with U.S. forces in Pakistan, ending a manhunt that spanned a frustrating decade.
“Justice has been done,” President Barack Obama said in a dramatic late-night announcement at the White House.
U.S. officials said the helicopter raid in Pakistan was carried out by CIA paramilitaries together with the elite Navy SEAL Team Six. The U.S. team took custody of bin Laden’s remains, which American officials said were being handled in accordance with Islamic tradition.
The death marks a psychological triumph in a long struggle, although its ultimate impact on al-Qaida is less clear.
The greatest terrorist threat to the U.S. is now considered to be the al-Qaida franchise in Yemen, far from al-Qaida’s core in Pakistan. The Yemen branch almost took down a U.S.-bound airliner on Christmas 2009 and nearly detonated explosives aboard two U.S. cargo planes last fall. Those operations were carried out without any direct involvement from bin Laden.
The president struck a less than boastful tone in his brief announcement, although he said the death of bin Laden was “the most significant achievement to date in our nation’s effort to defeat al-Qaida.
“His death does not mark the end of our effort. There’s no doubt that al-Qaida will continue to pursue attacks against us. We must and we will remain vigilant,” he added.
Moments after Obama spoke, the State Department put U.S. embassies on alert and warned of the heightened possibility for anti-American violence. In a worldwide travel alert, the department said there was an “enhanced potential for anti-American violence given recent counterterrorism activity in Pakistan.”
Added Info: It was also been said that Osama bin Laden son was dead too.

In passing (his) I find it hard not to think that the death of Osama Bin Laden hasn’t been faked just to give Obama a boost in the ratings just in time for him to be successful in the coming elections. The whole thing is staged by idiots, all the more so because they expect us to believe this obvious nonsense.

It’s unusually expected that a lot of these celebrating Bin Laden’s death also are so delusional as to be stating such things as, “America is the freest country in the world.” Price of 9/11? Several hundred thousand tops. Price of searching for Bin Laden? We have been bankrupt. Which was his primary goal. In death, he is nonetheless successful.
Surprise, surprise: Hollywood fails to do its homework. Again.
Who care’s about the “doubters” don’t the victims and their families and those who have lived with the horrors of 9/11 for ten years, don’t they want the right to see justice done. Don’t they have the right to see Obama cowering behind a woman like the little man he was in the moments before justice was served? But no, Obama and friends have to play politics with this too…
Osama bin Laden is dead! This is great news for the people living in the western countries, eventhough I am really excited to see what al qaeda and other terrorist networks are going to do after this? Possibly some kind of retaliation ?
Obama, being the president of the worlds leading terrorist state, condemning another “alleged” terrorist is comical. Instead of looking at others’ atrocities one ought to look at ones own. The best way to stop terrorism, is to stop doing it.

Might sound abit harsh, but i think its a good thing that osama got this.
So far, from the conservative friends I have, they don’t seem to be happy that we killed him. They said that he was not a big deal and is of no threat to the US. Is this just talk that they don’t want Obama to do well? Or is there a legit reason they are not happy with Obama on this issue..
Thankfully Osama can not hurt us any more. We owe a special thanks to the soldiers that so bravely went into harms way to defend us from Osama.
Also, thanks should head over to President Bill Clinton. He was also doggedly going after Rubbish bin Laden before that 8 year intervening Bush period. It’s great that Obama got to work on that.

If osama bin laden was death, they would have shown a video or his body, as they did with sadam husein, I dont believe they didnt take any video or photos.
They would have released all of that.
