Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Chess are Friends.
Life is like playing chess. There should be a strategy to live a better life. Until I met a sport called BJJ (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu). Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is Arte Suave (The Gentle Art),it is a martial art, combat sport, and a self defense system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting.
You can check more definition and history about it on Wikipedia here: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
After a while I realized that BJJ is like playing chess. The only difference is, when we play BJJ, we like playing chess using a whole body and mind.
Practicing BJJ also prioritize all the details necessary to dominate your opponent (this can be interpreted: how do I deal with and solve a problem).
I do not like to play chess, but I like to play it when practicing BJJ. So practicing BJJ its the same thing with practicing how to live a better life.
Up here, you may ask me, what is BJJ? Why it can be interpreted that way? How come?
I can only answer this: “You have to experience it, then you will understand.”
There’s no way, with just watching it you will know or understand it. *been there, and done it…
