Chi, in Ancient Chinese medicine, is the life force of a person. It is an energy which is boundless. In many martial art movies, a proficient wielder of chi can accomplish great feats. From jumping high, gliding horizontally for a very long period of time, and releasing energy blasts from his palms.
There are already a lot of programs that incorporate generating chi to attract money, build a successful business, improve health, and increase physical attributes like speed, agility, and reflexes.
I’ve come across an mp3 recording which generates chi to increase one’s appeal to women. As a man, I became interested but I never got to stick with it. I didn’t believe it would work. That was around 3 years ago.
Now, I would love to try it again after I get what I want from hypnotherapy. I now have the confidence in my ability to discipline myself. One should expand and explore other philosophies so you could find more ways to improve yourself in a faster and more efficient way.
Yin and Yang: Opposite Polarity And The Law Of Attraction
I was searching for stuff written about chi and the law of attraction on Google last night. I came across a forum discussing the relevancy of the Yin/Yang concept with the law of attraction. A ‘seemingly’ expert member posted about it and he said it has a lot of similarities with the LoA.
In their study of the Yin/Yang concept, if you want to interrupt any negative mental energy… you have to focus on its polar opposite until both Yin and Yang balances each other. Focusing on the positive opposite of the negative energy will defuse the latter resulting in emotional balance. Then he went on talking about a person in a dark room wanting to see light. He should not focus on the darkness but on seeing the light. He will eventually open the window, letting the light go through and see it.
This is may be a very simple analogy but it’s how the law of attraction works. You focus intensely on what you want, you may be inspired to take physical action, then the thing you want manifests into your physical reality.
It’s so amazing how my 15 years of admiring the Chinese martial art concepts clicked with the subject I’m raving about, the law of attraction.
Everything is energy vibrating at different frequencies. Chi is energy. The masters talk about channeling your chi into positivity so life becomes wonderful. For me, it means imagining the chi of this planet flowing into the veins of my body and fills them with pure positive energy.
I then imagine a Yin/Yang symbol in my core being flooded with positive chi which leads me to realize that by accepting the light and darkness within me, I will see the things that make life beautiful. It will greatly improve my perspective.
There are a lot of misguided (in my humble opinion) people saying that thinking and feeling bad things (which can be subjective like the different perspectives about love, marriage, and religion) is unacceptable and that we must ‘force’ ourselves to eliminate those.
That is a perfect way to produce more resistance (energy blocks) in your system. And like what the law of attraction says, “Whatever you focus upon, expands.” Here’s another prominent saying in the self-help industry, “What you resist, persists.”
By wanting to eliminate the bad so much, most of us put our attention on it intensely that we produce more of it in our physical reality.
So shift your focus on producing positive chi. When we feel negative, we just have to accept it as a part of us. After accepting it, we then focus on the positive.
Life, The Universe, People, And Mental Energy
Life, in this planet, has an amazing way of systematizing and allocating resources to your reality so you accomplish your goals. Most of us may believe that there’s only so little to go around and rich people are hoarding the majority of income.
Never believe that way of thinking. People like that are stuck in a trance of scarcity. Believe in the abundance of life, of this planet, and of this universe. Abundance is the natural state of the universe. Let me repeat that:
“Abundance is the natural state of the Universe.”
Say this to yourself 6 times in the morning then 8 times before you go to bed at night. As you do this everyday for at least 90 days, you will begin to believe this at a deeper level. And that’s what you want… to believe whole-heartedly in the concept of abundance that your physical reality changes 180 degrees to match what you believe in your heart.
Life is a mirror of what we are thinking and feeling on a deep level. The Universe will bring the exact people, places, and events to match whatever we deeply believe. It is our never-ending (lifetime and eternal) job to focus on the positives of life.
When your dominant way of thinking and feeling is positive, you will stay emotionally grounded even when you hear negative things.
Such is the power of our focus. We must exercise it if we want to achieve anything worthwhile in life. That’s the price we have to pay.
The world is getting better and better. More and more people are becoming aware of their own innate power. Many realized that they have the ability to create the life they want whenever they choose.
There are a lot of tools being shared and a lot more that’s currently in development to help us shift our paradigm (our subconscious beliefs) to abundance, love, peace, and joy.
I imagine that in the next 3,000 years, there will be no more prison, no more wars, no more petty arguments, and no more forcing. People will understand that they are the creator of their reality; that they have the ability to focus on what they prefer and have it manifest into their physical reality.
They’ll realize that being negative for far too long is pointless. They’ll value the importance of feeling good 99% of the time since it will allow them to experience the magnificence of life.
They’ll also realize the power of mental energy and how willpower can be more effectively used on changing how they feel rather than using it to take physical action first.
The most important power you will ever have as a human being is your mental energy. It is unlimited and can be directed to whatever outcome you seek to accomplish.
Being The Captain Of Your Ship
One, actually two very small things I recommend you do every morning when you wake up (these processes also balances your chi so you’re more calm, relaxed, and focused) is to immediately write 10-15 goals on a clean blank sheet of white paper. Get clear on what you want and write them like you already have them. Also write them in the present tense and flare them up with adjectives. For example:
“I now enjoy my blue convertible BMW Z-series. It feels so good driving it to work and it feels exciting to park it in my garage.”
Create at least 10 goals and you don’t have to worry about focus. Your brain is a powerful biomechanical processing equipment. It can handle achieving these many goals.
I personally have 14 goals right now. It used to be 15 but the other one came true after 1 and a half months.
Write your goals everyday and also list on another sheet of blank white paper the things you need to do. After you make your to-do list, arrange them in order of importance and check each task you completed.
You must break every activity into its smaller components to make it more achievable.
These two morning rituals as I like to call it will keep you focused on where you want to go. It’s like being a captain of a ship. Every morning when you wake up, you immediately check the map and select your course of action depending on where you are. This will let you get back on track.
I learned this from Brian Tracy and it’s a very effective way to start your day. It also increases your self-discipline, self-esteem, and focus by the way.
Just follow this processes and you will get to where you want to be, no matter what your current circumstances are.
